We can all tell from my post a couple weeks ago how much I love avocados, but I only vaguely mentioned the many ways to eat them. My uncharacteristic lack of description hasn’t been sitting well with me, so I decided to visit the magical site of Pinterest and do a little avocado searching to provide some specifics. Avocados! Where does one even begin to describe such an amazing fruit? This is definitely a staple in my diet and I am so excited that avocado season is officially here! To celebrate, I’ve narrowed down my love for them into 5 reasons (harder than you think).
