Avocados–The Fruit of Diversity


We can all tell from my post a couple weeks ago how much I love avocados, but I only vaguely mentioned the many ways to eat them. My uncharacteristic lack of description hasn’t been sitting well with me, so I decided to visit the magical site of Pinterest and do a little avocado searching to provide some specifics. Happy Florida Tomato Month! I don’t know about you, but I am definitely celebrating! Tomatoes typically grow all year round here, but during the colder months (trust me, sometimes it drops to the 30’s at night!) tomatoes aren’t as plentiful and the prices skyrocket.
