Happy Friday! It’s going to be a warm weekend here in Orlando and I’m looking forward to it. When it gets hot outside our family loves to cool off by swimming in the pool and I enjoy making up a batch or two of this Grapes & Greens Smoothie! I made this recipe a while back for the runDisney blog, and it’s been a family favorite ever since. Cheers to a warm weekend in the sun!

Check out the recipe below and let us know what you think!

Hello, Golden Tomato Date Dressing! I love this dressing because it’s just made with tomatoes and dates…nothing else! Because of that you can enjoy more of it than you normally would a regular salad dressing since it’s naturally low fat, low calorie, and no added junk!
I am a true believer that variety is the spice of life. I find that if you have trouble breaking away from your strict, methodical routine, chances are…you’re going to lose your mind! Let me add…I speak from experience.
It may seem slightly contradictory that I am sitting […]
I am a big apple fan, especially this time of year when they are crisp and tart! Apples are one of the highest fiber fruits and have many beneficial nutrients including quercetin. A important antioxidant that works to reduce inflammation in the body.
Check out more powerful benefits of apples in my blog post on RunDisney.com. There might be something to that old saying… apple a day really does keep the doctor a way!
